To preserve the quality, tranquillity, and safety of our carefully curated space, we ask that all prospective clients review and meet the following guidelines prior to requesting to book an induction session:

1. Health and Wellness

Both dog and owner must be in good health. Dogs who are pre- or post-operative (within 6 months) or undergoing recovery from injury are not eligible for our services.

2. Medical Conditions

While we welcome dogs with certain non-acute medical conditions, those recovering from surgery or requiring post-operative care are not suited for our facility.

3. Behavioural Expectations

This is a serene, controlled swimming environment—not a high-energy splash pool. Dogs must be under full control throughout their session. Nervous swimmers are welcome, but dogs exhibiting excessive excitement or disruptive behaviour will not be accommodated.

4. Induction Session Limitations

To ensure the utmost focus and care, induction sessions are exclusive to one dog and one owner only. No additional dogs or handlers will be permitted.

5. Age & Supervision

For the comfort and safety of all, we do not allow children or spectators during any session, including induction. Only the primary handler may be present.

6. Household Policy

We are committed to offering a private, tailored experience. Therefore, only dogs from the same household as the attending owner will be allowed to book a session.

7. Hygiene Protocol

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, all dogs must be showered thoroughly before entering the pool. We also recommend a warm-down care routine post-session for comfort and wellbeing.

8. In-Water Supervision

Owners are required to accompany their dogs into the pool at all times. Unattended dogs are not permitted, as we maintain an exclusive one-on-one experience.
